Physical Education for Better Learning

Our goal is to explore ideas and resources related to the benefit of physical education in elementary and middle school. We seek to become familiar with issues of well-being facing elementary and middle school students, and to discover the connection between physical well-being and learning so we can be better and more well-rounded teachers. In order to meet our goals, we will present articles, books, videos and comments on the benefits of Physical Education in school.
